If your a do it yourself type homeowner, and your materials will be more than $2500 I will help you organize your material list and submit it. I will negotiate a discount on your supplies that will normally be between 15 to 40 percent. Thats $375 off a $2500 material order. Of course if the order takes longer my fare is priced accordingly, but the discount increases as well easily covering my time wages.
